Since our founding in 2006, we’ve been committed to the development and restoration of affordable family housing. Through partnerships with the cities of Port Arthur, Vidor, and Beaumont, Legacy CDC has developed and implemented affordable housing programs, overseen a downtown revitalization program, and purchased rental properties and complexes to ensure affordable living options.
