Homebuyer Program: Beaumont
Downpayment Assistance
Through a partnership with the City of Beaumont, Legacy CDC offers down payment assistance to qualified, first-time homebuyers. Participants may receive up to $14,995 in assistance to purchase a newly constructed home or an existing home within the Beaumont city limits. DPA program participants must attend a monthly counseling session with Legacy’s certified Housing Counselor. The Housing Counselor will review the participant’s file and develop a unique action plan to guide them through the program to homeownership.
