Support Hands of Hope Transitional Housing

Legacy Community Development Corporation invites you to partner with us in transforming lives through safe, stable housing. Our Hands of Hope program provides non-congregate transitional housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Jefferson County. Each unit includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, offering residents the dignity of privacy and a fresh start.

Your sponsorship directly helps us maintain, furnish, and improve these units while supporting the essential needs of the people who live in them.

We also accept donations of new or gently used items (furniture, paint supplies, bottled water, etc.). Please contact us directly for our current needs list.
